Unifly Acquires EuroUSC-Benelux to Expand Regulatory and Technical Services in the Benelux

Antwerp, Belgium — 24 March 2026 — Unifly, a global leader in UAS Traffic Management (UTM) solutions, today announced the acquisition of EuroUSC-Benelux, a recognised consultancy specialising in drone regulation, safety, and operational compliance across Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and France, managed by Michael Maes. The acquisition strengthens Unifly Consulting’s presence in the Benelux and adds established regional expertise to its growing European consulting business. 

Following its expansion into Switzerland through the acquisition of SORA Consulting, Unifly Consulting continues to build a pan-European footprint rooted in strong local regulatory knowledge. This latest step enhances its ability to support customers and authorities across Europe with consistent, locally grounded expertise. Michael Maes brings extensive regional expertise in regulatory compliance and technical services, including supporting UAS operators with operational authorisations, Specific Operations Risk Assessments (SORA), and specialised training.
